Are the lessons geared toward children who want to be actors?The primary goal of IASIS Learning Center is to use acting/drama techniques to improve a child's social skills. Strengthening children's social skills will increase success in relationships, in school, and in a career. |

How many students will be in a social group?The goal at IASIS Learning Center is to have students who are compatible and can learn from each other in a group situation. During the student/parent interview, the needs for each student will be determined. There will be a maximum of 6 students in a group. The "needs" of each student will determine how many members will be in his/her group. Some students can learn in a larger group while others will need less. |

How are these groups scheduled?Each group will meet once a week. During the school year, the groups last from August until May. During each interview, the parents are asked to suggest some days and times that are convenient for them. |

Do you consult with teachers, or school districts?The teacher or representative of the school district can schedule a consult session. The first consult session will determine what services should be provided to the teacher/school district. |

Do you provide workshops that teach others how to implement the same social instruction program?We often appear at Autism and Adaptive Technology conferences sponsored by other organizations. Contact the Director to find out where and when we will be speaking next. |
